"I have been working with Dave for about 6 weeks now and I'm genuinely surprised and pleased with how much progress I've made in the relatively short time. I feel more flexible (though the stretches are still tough), and my posture has improved. The week by week results show that I'm clearly getting stronger too as I've gone from 3 push ups to 10 and 28 sit ups in two minutes to 50!

Overall the workouts have been great with a good mix and balance between strength, flexibility and cardio. I've been really pleased with the structure of the training, as well as Daves reactivity and positivity.

"I’ve always been pretty fit and motivated to train but I wanted something a bit more specific to the sports I am doing having just entered my 40s. The coaching is bespoke and focussed to your needs with specific goals in mind. Dave sets a weekly program which you can fit in around your daily schedule, for me I found this invaluable with my work hours and home schooling! Although the training is not in person, there is still a lot of communication (arguably more than with a face to face trainer) on a daily basis. I’ve really enjoyed the program and has been great for my physical and mental health through the lockdowns and beyond".
